Weekend Viewing Assistant
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join Bradshaws Estate Agents as a Weekend Viewing Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, has an interest in property and would like to be part of a welcoming and professional independent estate agency.
The role
As a Weekend Viewing Assistant, you'll play an important part in helping prospective buyers find their next home, representing Bradshaws and delivering the high standards of customer service we're known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting accompanied viewings at properties across our local area.
Welcoming prospective buyers and showcasing properties in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner.
Answering general questions about properties and the local area.
Gathering useful feedback from prospective buyers following viewings.
Ensuring properties are left secure, tidy and exactly as found following appointments.
Communicating regularly with our sales team to provide updates following viewings.
